Memory capacity is a tie, memory technology is not
Both cards carry 16GB, which removes one obvious capacity difference. The remaining choice moves toward actual performance, feature support, price, power delivery and the games you play.
NVIDIA path
RTX 5070 Ti brings the Blackwell feature set including DLSS 4, Multi Frame Generation, Reflex 2 and NVIDIA’s current ray-tracing stack. That can be decisive in games where those features are central to your target.
AMD path
RX 9070 XT brings RDNA 4, FSR/AFMF support and 16GB GDDR6 with a 256-bit interface. If raster performance per local currency is stronger in your market, the full-build value can tilt toward AMD.
Do not compare GPUs outside the system
Both are 300W-class cards. PSU quality, case airflow, CPU pairing and monitor resolution should be part of the decision. A GPU “win” that forces a poor total system is not a win.
